|
Esther Lee was born and raised in
Walnut Creek, CA where she began her training in music on the
piano at the age of four. With a strong foundation in music theory
and instruction, she began the harp and her career as a
professional harpist under the instruction of Jessica Siegel-Tonti,
a former student of Alice Chalifoux. She continued to study the
harp with Lou Anne Neill at the University of California, Los
Angeles where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both music
performance and education while performing as the principle
harpist of the UCLA Philharmonic Orchestra. She also studied under
the masters program for education at UCLA and received her
California Teaching Credential.
In 2004, Esther returned to Walnut Creek and pursued Music
Practitioning with the Music Healing and Transition Program. She
graduated and began working with VITAS Innovative Hospice, working
with terminally ill patients, bringing them healing music to the
soul and enriching their lives and the lives of those around them.
Over the years, Esther has become one of Bay Area's favorite
harpists. She currently resides in Santa Clara, CA as an active
Music Practitioner, Harp Performer, and Private Harp Instructor.
She currently performs on the harp at Symphonies, Operas, and
Special engagements while raising up a passionate and fiery
